the college has totally 138 faculty members on duty, including 20 administrative teaching auxiliaries, 6 external staff, 35 retired staff and 112 professional teachers. in the full-time teachers, there are 4 experts from teaching guiding committee of ministry of education, 1 expert enjoying the allowance of the state council, 1 academic leader of sichuan province, and 1 full-time foreign teacher. the college not only has a batch of domestic famous artists and art educators but also employs a batch of famous experts and scholars at home and abroad as honorary professors and visiting professors to form a faculty team of art disciplines dominated by full-time teachers and supplemented by part-time teachers.
